• Full-time Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Shipping and Receiving Specialist to lead our warehouse operations.

In this vital role, you will oversee the accurate and efficient receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods, ensuring fast & accurate shipments to our customers. Your proactive approach will help maintain optimal inventory levels, support order fulfillment, and uphold safety standards. Duties Receive incoming shipments and verify contents against packing lists or purchase orders. Prepare outgoing shipments by selecting, packing, and labeling products accurately for delivery. Operate forklifts, reach trucks, pallet jacks, and order pickers to load and unload trucks safely and efficiently. Manage stock levels within the warehouse management system ensuring real-time inventory accuracy. Conduct regular stock checks, organize pallets, and maintain a clean, organized workspace for optimal workflow. Assist with order picking and packing processes to fulfill customer orders promptly in an e-commerce setting. Collaborate with team members to optimize warehouse distribution processes and improve overall efficiency. Skills Proven experience operating forklifts, reach trucks, pallet jacks, and RF scanners in a warehouse environment. Familiarity with warehouse management systems for inventory control. Strong understanding of shipping & receiving procedures, order fulfillment, and stock management. Ability to perform basic math calculations accurately for inventory counts and order processing. Experience with picking & packing techniques to ensure accurate order assembly and timely dispatch. Knowledge of warehouse safety protocols and proper packaging methods for various product types. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
