Job Description

Overview The Order Fulfillment Associate supports the execution of e-commerce programs by ensuring orders are processed, packed, and shipped accurately and on time. This role requires strong organizational skills, the ability to manage multiple priorities, and a proactive, team-oriented mindset.
Schedule:
Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM (on-site in Southgate, MI)
Pay:
$19/hour, plus benefits Responsibilities Review daily workload, prioritize shipments, and manage multiple programs concurrently. Process, pack, and ship orders with a high level of accuracy and efficiency. Maintain organization while handling multiple orders and deadlines. Communicate effectively with team members in a virtual environment. Accurately enter and manage data, with strong attention to detail and proficiency in Excel. Follow program timelines and checklists to ensure timely and high-quality completion of tasks. Support inventory management activities. Navigate multiple online systems and platforms efficiently. Perform additional duties as needed. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required. Familiarity with shipping platforms such as FedEx, UPS, and USPS. Previous e-commerce fulfillment experience preferred. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Flexibility to adapt to changing business and program needs.
