Job Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Part-Time Fulfillment Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end fulfillment process, ensuring orders are processed and shipped accurately and efficiently. You will work closely with our sales and operations teams to maintain high standards of order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.Key Responsibilities:
Order Processing:
Pick, pack, and ship orders according to company procedures and standards.Inventory Management:
Monitoring stock levels, performing regular inventory checks, and reporting discrepancies.Quality Control:
Ensure that all items are checked for accuracy and quality before shipment.Customer Service:
Address any fulfillment-related issues or inquiries, providing excellent customer service and timely resolutions.Record Keeping:
Maintain accurate records of shipments, returns, and inventory levels.Team Collaboration:
Work closely with other team members to streamline processes and improve efficiency.Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.Previous experience in fulfillment, warehousing, or a related field is a plus.

Hours:
Flexible part-time hours, typically working 30-35 hours per week with the potential for that to increase when busy.Benefits:
