Job Summary:

We are seeking a dependable and customer-focused Shipping & Receiving Associate to join a growing team in Blaine, MN. This role is responsible for supporting shipping, receiving, inventory handling, and customer-facing interactions within a fast-paced manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate has sit-down forklift experience, strong communication skills, and a stable work history. This position requires excellent attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to provide professional customer service while supporting warehouse and production operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Shipping & Receiving Receive incoming shipments and verify materials against packing slips and purchase orders Prepare outgoing shipments and ensure accurate packaging and documentation Load and unload materials using sit-down forklift equipment Maintain accurate inventory and assist with stock organization Customer Service & Communication Provide professional and courteous customer service during customer interactions Communicate clearly with internal teams, drivers, and customers regarding shipments and materials Assist with resolving shipping or receiving discrepancies as needed Inventory & Warehouse Support Use computer systems to track shipments and inventory activity Maintain organized warehouse and receiving areas Assist with material movement and production support tasks as needed Safety & General Duties Follow all safety procedures and company policies Maintain a clean and organized work environment Assist with additional warehouse or operational duties as assigned

Qualifications:

Required:

Customer service experience required Sit-down forklift experience required Stable work history required Must be able to read, write, use a computer, and communicate clearly in English Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Preferred:

Previous shipping and receiving experience in a manufacturing environment Experience with inventory or ERP systems

Working Conditions:

Manufacturing and warehouse environment with exposure to machinery and moving materials Frequent standing, walking, bending, and lifting throughout the shift Regular forklift operation and material handling Fast-paced environment requiring accuracy and strong communication skills
