Shipping Associate I

Pick individual components and parts to combine into single shipment Build pallets based on size and type of product needing shipment using hand and power tools Utilize technology for processing jobs and communication (Clocking, Inventory, Job Completion, ShipHawk) Load and unload all forms of trucking/shipping Assist in training employees in the work center with current knowledge base Mandatory overtime when business conditions require it Adherence to the attendance policy All other duties as required

Shift Schedule:

Monday through Friday 8:00am-4:30pm, overtime may be required. Experience in a similar shipping role Experience in a construction, field services, or foreman-type role is highly beneficial Ability to follow detailed instructions and work well with others Excellent organizational skills for maintaining inventory levels and stock management Problem-solving skills for resolving shipping discrepancies and customer issues Applicants must pass a pre-employment physical, drug test, and background check as a prerequisite of employment Safety Rail Company
