Distribution Clerk:

• Compile documents on incoming and outgoing shipments to expedite removal or delivery of product from distribution centers
• Prepare Bill of Ladings for shipping charges
• Communicate with Dock Coordinators to determine which dock door to send trucker to
• Answer phone calls, assist with directions to facility, and other customer service items as needed
• Complete reports as needed per customer requirements What You Need to Bring to the

Distribution Clerk Role:

• Knowledge working in Outlook, Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, and use of customer portals
• Ability to stand and sit for extended periods of time
• Knowledge of computer, writing, and filing required
