Opportunity:

The Shipping and Receiving Clerk is responsible for coordinating the movement of goods, managing inventory activities, and supporting daily warehouse operations. This role requires strong communication skills, proficiency with technology and Microsoft Office applications, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. The ideal candidate is detail oriented, organized, and capable of multitasking in a fast paced environment. This position also offers opportunities to develop leadership capabilities, contribute to process improvements, and grow into expanded roles within the warehouse or operations team.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Perform daily shipping and receiving operations, including processing incoming and outgoing shipments.
• Handle product returns, picking orders, and conducting cycle counts to maintain accurate inventory.
• Manage high volume phone calls and emails related to shipments, orders, and coordination.
• Utilize Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, and Excel, for daily tasks and reporting.
• Work within the

AS400 ERP

system for order processing and inventory management.

• Willingness to learn and adapt to new ERP systems as needed.
• Operate forklift and Genie Lift equipment, with training provided if required. What makes you a great fit:
• Prior experience with forklifts or similar equipment is ideal but not mandatory.
• Fluent in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• Strong communication skills across phone, email, and interpersonal interactions.
• Demonstrated ability to multitask effectively in a warehouse environment.
• Experience with shipping, receiving, returns, picking, and cycle counting.
• Familiarity with the

AS400 ERP
