Responsibilities Receive incoming shipments, verify contents against purchase orders, and inspect for damages or discrepancies Prepare outgoing shipments by selecting, packing, and labeling products according to order specifications Operate warehouse equipment including forklifts, reach trucks, pallet jacks, and order pickers safely and efficiently Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS) and RF scanners to track inventory movements accurately Load and unload trucks using appropriate equipment while adhering to safety protocols Maintain organized stock areas through stocking, order picking, and proper storage practices Assist in cycle counts and inventory reconciliation using MRP (Material Requirements Planning) systems such as AS400 Ensure all shipping & receiving documentation is completed accurately for compliance and record-keeping Support order fulfillment processes by picking, packing, and preparing items for shipment Collaborate with warehouse distribution teams to optimize workflow and improve efficiency Experience Prior experience in warehouse operations or distribution centers is required Proficiency with warehouse management systems (WMS), RF scanners, and AS400 or similar ERP platforms Hands-on experience operating forklifts, reach trucks, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment Knowledge of shipping & receiving procedures within an e-commerce or retail environment Basic math skills for inventory counting, measurements, and calculations related to order fulfillment Familiarity with packaging standards and order picking/packing techniques Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in stock management and documentation processes
