Shipping and Receiving

Lonesome Cottage Furniture is a dynamic and growing organization dedicated to delivering high-quality heirloom rustic furniture to our customers. We are seeking a motivated Shipping Department Associate to join our team and contribute to our efficient logistics operations. The ideal candidate will handle the preparation, packaging, and shipping of orders, ensuring timely and accurate delivery to customers. This role requires strong organizational skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities Include:

Inventory Management :

Assist in maintaining accurate inventory records and restocking shipping supplies as needed.

Shipping Coordination :

Prepare shipping documents, and coordinate with carriers to ensure timely dispatch.

Quality Control :

Inspect products for damage or defects before shipment to ensure customer satisfaction.

Warehouse Maintenance :

Keep the shipping area clean, organized, and compliant with safety regulations.

Team Collaboration :

Work closely with warehouse and logistics teams to streamline operations and meet deadlines.

Applicants must be:

• Able to lift 75 pounds
• Must have a current drivers license
• Willingness to work in a team environment
