This position is responsible for supporting daily warehouse operations while maintaining high standards of quality, safety, and customer service in a fast-paced environment. Hours are Monday-Friday 7:30am - 4:00pm. Key Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and ship orders accurately following FIFO principles
- Prepare domestic and international shipments within time standards
- Receive and verify inbound shipments; store inventory in proper locations
- Label and organize inventory; maintain accurate system records
- Resolve discrepancies and report damaged or nonconforming materials
- Perform cycle counts and assist with inventory processes
- Support walk-in customers and internal teams with order needs
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment
- Assist with special projects and additional duties as assigned Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous shipping/receiving or warehouse experience preferred
- Experience using an ERP system; Epicor Profit21 (P21) preferred
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Effective communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to learn products, systems, and warehouse operations
- Basic math skills Work Environment & Physical Requirements
- Warehouse setting with frequent standing and walking
- Ability to lift up to 75 lbs occasionally, 50 lbs frequently, and 20 lbs regularly
