Tousley is looking for an E-Commerce Associate for its fast-growing online sales department who has enthusiasm and is passionate about the motorsports industry...

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive incoming product from multiple vendors into the WMS System.
• Organize, label, and put away all incoming product.
• New product setup in WMS System, Shopify, Amazon, and eBay. This includes descriptions, images, categorizing, tagging, ect.
• Create, manage, and update website content, such as landing pages, product listings, inventory control, etc.
• Review product listings and other website content for accuracy, and pricing updates.
• Provide customer service by answering questions and sharing information about products, shipping rates, and return policies.
• Implement changes, updates, and strategies to increase sales and improve conversion rates.
• Estimate stock requirements and monitor inventory levels.
• Pick, Pack, & label packages for shipping.
• Effectively multi-task with tight deadlines
• Engage in problem solving to support continuous improvement.

Ecommerce Associate Qualifications /

Skills:

• 2+ years experience in e-commerce
• Proficiency in file management.
• Highly tech savvy and quick to learn new tools and platforms.
• Excellent attention to detail, the ability to plan strategically and to manage multiple tasks and projects.
• Advanced computer proficiency.
• Experience with Amazon Seller Central, Shopify, and eBay is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and in a cross-functional environment.
• Creative thinking and problem solving.
• Be able to be on your feet for extended lengths of time.
• Must be able to lift up to 50lbs.
• Must be able to work a few weekends a year.
• Must have a passion for Motorsports!
