Shipping and Receiving Clerk

The HVAC industry is an exciting industry that impacts energy usage on a global scale. Multistack is one of the leading HVAC manufacturers and creators of modular chiller systems. We are seeking Shipping & Receiving Clerks to join our team at our new location opening in Winona, MN! Responsibilities:

Communicate with vendors and shipping staff scheduling of shipments, changes to shipments, and confirm that all shipping documents are attached. Prepare paperwork for shipments. Tracking and updating the status of shipments. Communicate with various departments to ensure all orders are processed efficiently. Photograph units being shipped and upload picture to job file. Create pack slips for accessory skid shipments. Collect appropriate documents and compare data page to Bill of Materials. Manage inventory and supply levels for shipping department. Data entry of shipments. Troubleshoot shipping issues. Operate warehouse equipment. ​

Qualifications:

Strong communication skills. Previous experience in related field. Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, Outlook) and Adobe experience Self-motivated, detail-oriented and multitasking skills Desire to learn Experience in Inventory is a plus

$18.00 - $22.00 per hour
