This position is responsible for preparing, packaging, labeling, and shipping small parcels accurately and efficiently while maintaining organization in the shipping department. The ideal candidate works well in a fast-paced environment, has strong attention to detail, and takes pride in ensuring orders are shipped correctly and on time. Responsibilities Pick, pack, and prepare outgoing small package shipments Create and print shipping labels using shipping software and carrier platforms Verify order accuracy before shipment Maintain organized inventory and shipping supplies Coordinate shipments with carriers such as UPS, FedEx, USPS, and DHL Track shipments and assist with resolving delivery issues when needed Inspect packages to ensure proper packaging and damage prevention Process returns and document shipping discrepancies Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe Assist with general warehouse and inventory tasks as needed Qualifications Previous shipping, warehouse, or logistics experience preferred Basic computer skills and familiarity with shipping software Strong organizational and time management skills Ability to lift up to 100lbs occasionally High attention to detail and accuracy Dependable attendance and strong work ethic Ability to work independently and as part of a team Preferred Skills Experience with eBay, Amazon, or e-commerce fulfillment Familiarity with barcode scanners and inventory systems Knowledge of shipping rates and packaging optimization Benefits Competitive pay Opportunities for growth and advancement Employee discounts (if applicable) Supportive team environment
