Description The Fulfillment Technician will assist with maintaining a schedule and current, up-to-date requirements of wholesale orders. The Order Fulfillment Specialist will receive, process, and deliver orders. Duties and Responsibilities Evaluate, package, and stage all orders and ensure accuracy of all forms. Collaborate with Logistics Team on delivery routing and scheduling. Determine all product requirements and prepare required paperwork. Manage finished goods inventory supply chain, from processing and storage to order fulfillment. Generate and communicate accurate inventory reports and status updates to internal team members and wholesale partners upon request. Learn and master order fulfillment and inventory management aspects of company inventory tracking system. Deliver orders to customers, load and unload packages at destinations, ensure accuracy and report any errors on shipping manifests. Maintain a clean and organized work environment. Works in a timely manner and strives to increase productivity. Maintain a culture of professionalism. Other duties as assigned. Qualifications and Education Fluency with inventory tracking or fulfillment computer software. Detail-oriented with the ability to be consistently accurate with counts and data. Excellent written and verbal communication. High School Diploma or Equivalent. Must be at least 21 years of age. Ability to obtain and maintain a State Agent ID. Compensation and Benefits $16.50-$18.00 per hour, non-exempt. Health, Dental, Vision, Short-Term Disability, and Life Insurance, with individual employee premiums covered by the company at 100%. 401k with Matching. 12 days of paid time off. Paid holidays, including 3 personal days. Generous Employee discount. Essential Job Functions Must be able to sit or stand for extended periods of time.
