Job Description

Renin is an innovative manufacturer and distributor of closet doors and barn doors across North America. In the 1960s, Renin invented the sliding mirror closet door and that innovation legacy endures with the supply of well-designed and long-lasting products. With manufacturing and distribution centers located in Tupelo, Mississippi, and Brampton, Ontario, Renin distributes to retail customers such as Home Depot and Lowes as well as a long list of wholesale customers across North America.
Basic Job Responsibilities:
The Shipping Clerk is responsible for billing, receiving, creating, and filing loads. This person will enter data using an ERP system.
Major Responsibilities:
Process all freight claims, bill out loads, and process e-commerce orders. Prepares bills, invoices and other shipping documents. Trouble shoots shipping issues and customer complaints. Use 3-way match system to verify and ensure accuracy of orders. Works with other team members to ensure all shipping functions are covered. Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Requirements:
High school diploma or GED 2 years of experience in a manufacturing environment Experience with Microsoft Dynamics
NAV ERP, SPS
Commerce EDI platform or experience with similar platforms Excellent data entry skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Solid interpersonal skills '
