Job Description
Job Summary Join Titan Straps as a Warehouse worker and Administrator, where you'll play a vital role in ensuring smooth warehouse operations and efficient administrative support. You will be responsible for handling order fulfillment, reporting inventory levels, shipping and receiving, and maintaining accurate records—all while supporting the overall flow of goods and information within our facility. In addition, handling customer service, warranty, and dealer communication. Titan Straps is a small business and you will learn a lot about entrepreneurship and business. Duties Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment with precision, ensuring timely delivery for e-commerce and distribution channels. Conduct shipping & receiving activities, verifying shipments against purchase orders and documentation. Stock shelves systematically, perform regular stock counts. Support administrative tasks such as data entry, record keeping, and Invoicing. Break down boxes and keep the work environment organized. Assist on location photo/video shoots. Learn to print 'custom logo' straps for customers. Qualifications Acute attention to detail. Self-motivated Understanding of shipping & receiving procedures, order picking & packing processes. Basic math skills for inventory counts, measurements, and calculations. Experience with order fulfillment in e-commerce environments is a plus. Ability to work efficiently, while maintaining attention to detail.
