Multiple openings (2 positions) We are hiring Material Coordinators to support warehouse and material handling operations in a regulated GMP environment. This role is responsible for ensuring accurate and compliant handling of materials across shipping, receiving, storage, and distribution functions. Schedule Details 8-hour shifts within a staggered start structure: 3 staff start at 6:00 AM 3 staff start at 7:00 AM 3 staff start at 8:00 AM 40 hours per week Days may vary (Monday-Friday, Tuesday-Saturday, or Wednesday-Sunday) 2-week notice provided for schedule changes Transition to 12-hour Pittman schedule (2 on / 2 off / 3 on / 3 off) planned for October after training period What You'll Do Perform shipping, receiving, storing, transferring, and inventory reconciliation Conduct cycle counts and maintain accurate inventory records Operate forklifts and powered industrial vehicles (PIVs) Move materials using trucks when required (following DOT regulations) Ensure all materials are handled according to cGMP and GDP standards Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with SOPs Support audit readiness and regulatory inspections Follow safety and environmental procedures at all times Participate in continuous improvement initiatives What We're Looking For High school diploma or GED required Warehouse or material handling experience preferred Ability to follow detailed SOPs and regulatory procedures Strong attention to detail and documentation accuracy Forklift or PIV experience preferred Basic knowledge of SAP and Microsoft Office is a plus Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and remain active throughout the shift INDSJ
