This position is perfect for a self-starter who can manage tasks from start to finish and is eager to grow with our company. Key Responsibilities Assist in the daily upkeep and cleanliness of production and fulfillment areas. Efficiently fill jars, bottles, and other containers with oils, scrubs, and other products, using both manual methods and filling machines. Handle batching, quality control, and packaging, ensuring all products meet our high standards (correct labels, closures, fill lines, and packaging). Label glass jars and bottles by hand or using labeling machines. Process orders from start to finish, including picking, packing, and shipping. Ensure timely and accurate shipping, including coordinating with carriers and tracking orders. Maintain excellent hygiene and arrive on time for scheduled shifts, ready to work. Transition between tasks and responsibilities seamlessly as needed. Take on special projects and additional duties as directed by the CEO. Be open to a permanent position as the opportunity arises. Preferred Qualifications Prior experience in production, fulfillment, or shipping is a plus. Knowledge of natural oils or aromatherapy products is a bonus. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Requirements Ability to comfortably perform repetitive tasks and stand for extended periods. Physically capable of being active for up to 4 hours at a time and lift up to 50 lbs. Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work independently or as part of a team. Flexibility to handle varying responsibilities in a dynamic work environment.
