Shipping Label Printer

Hand Picked Nursery is hiring a Shipping Label Specialist to support our ecommerce warehouse operations. In this role, you will print shipping labels for customer orders, choose the correct courier and service level, and help ensure orders are routed properly to the warehouse team for packing. This position is a key part of keeping orders accurate, organized, and moving out on time. The Shipping Label Specialist position is likely seasonal due to the nature of our plant business, but there is a strong possibility it could become a permanent role since we need someone printing labels year-round. If seasonality does affect the position, it would likely begin in August. Pay $14-$16 per hour, depending on experience. Responsibilities Print shipping labels for ecommerce orders Select the appropriate courier and shipping service for each order Review orders for accuracy before labels are printed Organize and route labeled orders to the warehouse team for packing Help maintain an efficient shipping workflow throughout the day Communicate any order or shipping issues to the appropriate team member Keep the workspace clean, safe, and organized Follow company procedures to support order accuracy and timely fulfillment Qualifications Strong attention to detail Able to work quickly and accurately in a warehouse setting Comfortable using a computer and shipping software Good judgment and ability to follow processes when choosing shipping methods and services Reliable and dependable Able to work well with a team Previous ecommerce, warehouse, shipping, or fulfillment experience is a plus but not required What We're Looking For The ideal candidate is organized, dependable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
