This role focuses on critical storage and movement of biochemical ingredients, requiring a meticulous mindset and understanding of proper storage protocols, similar to responsibilities held in supermarket or grocery environments. What's in it for you? $46,600 base salary with annual reviews A real path to progress, from Level 1 to Level 2 to Level 3, reporting into the Associate Manager Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm, so your evenings and weekends stay yours Subsidized health, dental, and vision cover Paid vacation, sick leave, parental leave, federal and floating holidays, plus a mental health day 401(k) matched up to 6% Paid life insurance and stock options An established business where reliable people who show up get noticed What you'll do: Receive, package, and prepare customer orders accurately, following company and federal guidelines Store and move products the right way, making sure anything that needs to stay at temperature is handled correctly at every step Check every order for accuracy, matching category and lot numbers and confirming the right labels and inserts Keep an eye on inventory levels, flag anything that looks off, and keep the warehouse organized and well stocked Print and verify the paperwork that goes with each order Help with local deliveries and FedEx drop offs as needed Follow safety protocols and company procedures closely What we're looking for: Experience in a supermarket, grocery store, or food storage setting, with a real understanding of how products are stored, rotated, and kept at the right temperature 1 to 2 years in customer service or order fulfillment Serious attention to detail and the discipline to follow SOPs every time, with safety front of mind Reliable and punctual with a strong attendance record. This is a role where turning up consistently genuinely counts Someone who takes initiative, uses quieter moments to get ahead on what is next, wants to learn, and takes feedback well Comfortable on your feet, able to lift and move items of 50 pounds or more, and able to operate a vehicle when needed Solid communication and organizational skills, and confident using Adobe and Microsoft Word If you're as passionate about this position as we are, then please don't delay and
