Production Support Administrator:

Manage Shipping & Receiving:

Receive incoming materials, verify deliveries, prepare outgoing shipments, and generate shipping documentation.

Support Inventory Accuracy:

Pull parts for production and customer orders, perform cycle counts, maintain inventory records, and assist with physical inventories.

Maintain Production Flow:

Stage materials for assembly, assist with assembly as needed, and help keep warehouse and production areas organized and efficient.

Use Warehouse Systems:

Enter shipping, receiving, and inventory transactions into the MRP/ERP system while maintaining accurate records.

Ensure Quality & Compliance:

Perform incoming parts inspections, maintain ISO documentation, and follow company safety and quality standards.

Skills and Experience:

What You'll Bring as a

Preferred Candidate:

Shipping & Receiving Experience:

At least 1 year of experience in a warehouse, distribution, or shipping/receiving environment.

Shipping Software Knowledge:

Experience processing domestic and international shipments using UPS and FedEx systems preferred.

Inventory & ERP Experience:

Comfortable working with inventory transactions and MRP/ERP systems. Attention to

Detail:

Ability to inspect parts, maintain accurate inventory, and complete documentation with precision.

Technical Skills:

Ability to read blueprints and use measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, dial indicators, and tape measures.

Computer Proficiency:

Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Reliable Work Ethic:

Dependable attendance, strong organizational skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Physical Capability:
