Lenoir, NC Pay:
$18.00/hour
Schedule:
Monday•Friday | 5:30 AM•2:30 PM (Overtime as needed) Ready to join a growing team? We're looking for dependable Logistics Associates to support inventory, shipping & receiving, and server rack assembly in a fast-paced distribution environment. No interview is required! What You'll Do Receive, inspect, and accurately record incoming inventory. Pick, pack, stage, and prepare outbound shipments. Load and unload materials using pallet jacks and other material handling equipment. Perform inventory counts and maintain accurate inventory records. Keep warehouse and storage areas clean, organized, and safe. Assemble and install computer server racks by following detailed instructions. Assist with cable management and organization. Work closely with warehouse, operations, and technical teams to meet daily production goals. Follow all safety procedures and Data Center security requirements. Qualifications Previous warehouse, logistics, manufacturing, or inventory experience preferred. Ability to lift, carry, bend, stand, and walk throughout the shift. Comfortable using basic hand tools. Forklift experience is a plus but not required. Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a team environment. Reliable transportation and excellent attendance.
