This role plays a critical part in maintaining inventory accuracy, meeting shipping deadlines, and supporting overall warehouse efficiency. Key Responsibilities Pick, pack, and ship e-commerce orders with accuracy and efficiency Process orders through fulfillment systems and shipping platforms Ensure all packages meet company quality and branding standards Track and update order statuses in internal systems Receive, inspect, and organize incoming inventory Maintain accurate inventory counts and assist with cycle counts Coordinate with customer service regarding order issues, delays, or returns Process returns and restock inventory as needed Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace Follow company policies, procedures, and productivity standards Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required 1-2 years of experience in e-commerce, warehouse, or fulfillment preferred Experience with shipping software (e.g., ShipStation, Shopify, or similar) is a plus Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines Basic computer skills and familiarity with inventory systems Ability to lift up to [insert weight, e.g., 50 lbs] and stand for extended periods Key Skills Accuracy and attention to detail Time management and efficiency Team collaboration Problem-solving mindset Adaptability in a high-volume environment Work Environment Warehouse setting with moderate noise levels Requires standing, walking, bending, and lifting throughout the shift
