Job Description :

External Job Description We are looking for a Shipping & Receiving Coordinator I. This position will be based in Raleigh, NC. You'll make an impact by: Contacting customers for additional shipping info Creating shipping BOL's, Proforma's for International Shipments and other documents using SAP Coding freight for payment in our Freight Billing system Safely operating a stand-up reach truck, stand-up order picker, and sit-down forklift in high traffic areas and narrow aisles Responsible for the accurate receipt of goods, verifies items against the record of shipment, inspects condition, and files damage claims with carriers. Recording received items according to established procedures. Maintaining and managing inventory. Must adhere to all safety rules, developed processes, and keep safety first for self and others. Perform miscellaneous other duties as assigned by Supervisor or Management. You'll win us over by having the following qualifications:

Basic Qualifications:

1+ years of experience with shipping or receiving responsibilities in a Manufacturing environment. Experience with SAP system Must have a valid driver's license Must be able to lift parts or sub-assemblies that weigh up to 50 lbs. occasionally Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills in English Applicants must be legally authorized for employment within the United States without the need for current or future employer - sponsored work authorization.

Preferred Qualifications:

High School Diploma / GED 3+ years' experience in shipping/receiving management 3+ years' experience driving a forklift Proficient with MS Office applications including but not limited to Word, Excel, and Outlook Technical training in area of responsibility Must have the ability to work independently with little guidance Must be able to perform job duties safely with a sense of urgency Must have great attention to detail while working to a deadline Must have a positive attitude, work well with others, and implement constructive criticism.
