Job Description

Join Our Team! We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Shipping & Receiving Clerk to support our manufacturing operations. This position plays a vital role in coordinating logistics, shipping, receiving, and administrative functions to ensure the smooth flow of materials and products throughout our facility. This position is a full-time, Monday through Friday with 8 hr. shifts. If you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, have strong organizational skills, and thrive in a role where no two days are the same, we'd like to hear from you. As our Shipping & Receiving Clerk, you will: Logistics & Shipping Negotiate freight rates and coordinate inbound and outbound shipments, including: UPS, FedEx, similar carriers LTL carriers Full truckloads, LTL carriers, international containers Schedule shipments in coordination with the Warehouse Coordinator.
Prepare shipping documentation including:
Bills of Lading Packing Lists Shipping Labels International shipping paperwork • Prepare small shipments (UPS/FedEx) and assist with sales samples. Required High School Diploma or GED. Experience using an ERP system (SAP preferred). Proficiency with Microsoft Office and similar applications. Strong written and verbal communication skills across departments. Strong mathematical skills, including basic calculations, percentages, ratios, and interpreting graphs. Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills. Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Pay:
$21.00 per hour
