7AM to 5:30PM About the role: As a Shipping/Receiving Clerk, you'll be at the heart of our logistics process, playing a vital role in connecting our breakthrough healthcare solutions with the people who need them. This role is perfect for someone who is adaptable, detail-driven, and thrives in a fast-paced, hands-on warehouse environment. You will be responsible for ensuring smooth shipping operations, maintaining precise inventory accuracy, and upholding a safe, organized workplace to help us foster a healthier world.
What you will do:
Logistics & Order Processing:
Perform daily shipping duties using FedEx Ship Manager, UPS WorldShip, and LTL Select to process and dispatch customer orders accurately and efficiently.
Equipment & Warehouse Operations:
Safely operate a variety of industrial equipment—including stand-up reach trucks, sit-down forklifts, and scissor lifts—to move boxes, stock materials, and manage inbound/outbound shipments.
Inventory & Systems Management:
Maintain precise inventory records by accurately logging shipments and stock movements within our Microsoft NAV system; actively assist with physical inventory counts and auditing processes.
Safety & Housekeeping:
Demonstrate a "safety first" commitment by communicating hazards, promoting a secure work environment, and maintaining an organized, "clean-as-you-go" warehouse that adheres to 5S housekeeping standards.
What you will bring:
Technical Literacy & Systems:
Basic computer proficiency with required experience using inventory systems; familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems (Microsoft NAV) and Microsoft Office applications is highly preferred.
Equipment Certification:
Proven experience and active certification in operating a stand-up reach truck, sit-down forklift, and scissor lift.
Adaptability & Collaboration:
A strong work ethic and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively across all levels of the organization to achieve team goals in a fast-paced environment.
Physical Capability:
Ability to walk, stand, and sit for extended periods, climb stairs, and safely push, pull, or lift between 50 to 100 lbs.
Education & Experience:
High School Diploma or equivalent is required; a minimum of two (2) years of warehouse experience is preferred. What's In It For You?
