Job Overview Join our dynamic fulfillment team as a Fulfillment Associate and become a vital part of our fast-paced warehouse environment! In this energetic role, you will be responsible for efficiently picking, packing, and preparing orders for shipment, maintaining inventory accuracy, and ensuring each customer receives their products accurately and on time. Your proactive approach will help maintain seamless warehouse operations, support inventory accuracy, and uphold quality standards. This position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your skills in warehouse management while contributing to a company committed to excellence and growth. Responsibilities Utilize warehouse management systems to accurately pick and pack Shopify customer orders. Help choose proper box sizes and packing requirements to pack customer orders accurately and securely. Print shipping labels and prepare packages for carriers. Help track online inventory and communicate low-stock items. Assist with shipping issues, damaged orders, and insurance claims. Help respond to basic customer service questions. Flag order problems before they become customer complaints. Work with production/shipping departments to make sure online orders are handled correctly. Requirements Proven experience in warehouse operations including order picker tasks, shipping & receiving, or similar roles. Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift packages (up to 40lbs). Able to learn Shopify and shipping systems. Excellent attention to detail for quality control checks and order accuracy. Must be dependable. Marketing background is a plus but not required. Must be computer literate. Previous warehouse, shipping, or fulfillment experience is often preferred but not always required.
