We are looking for a dependable and organized candidate with a desire for a career in the automotive industry. This position is responsible for receiving incoming parts and shipments, verifying inventory, stocking merchandise, and ensuring accurate documentation of all incoming and outgoing products. The ideal candidate is detail oriented, works well in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in keeping operations running smoothly. Interested candidates are asked to apply to this listing. Duties include but are not limited to: Comparing product numbers to the packing lists to ensure that the products in each order match the packing list Checking in and receiving the orders in the morning, organizing special orders into wholesale/retail/online and assisting the parts counter people when needed. Assure no damaged items are sent or received Preparing product for shipment Learning to use our shipping software, inventory scanning system, and order processing system Handling issues that arise in shipping and inventory handling Maintaining product inventory in the correct locations after receiving incoming product Preparing product for return to the manufacturer Ensuring adherence to Hazmat regulations We provide ongoing training and future career opportunities to those willing to contribute the effort and time.
