  • Shipping & Receiving Associate - 1st Shift

  • Job Summary
  • We are seeking a dependable and motivated Shipping & Receiving Associate to join our foam manufacturing team. This position is responsible for receiving incoming materials, preparing outgoing shipments, maintaining inventory accuracy, and ensuring products are handled safely and efficiently.
  • Responsibilities
  • + Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments for accuracy and quality.
+ Unload and load trucks using forklifts and other material handling equipment. + Prepare, package, and stage customer orders for shipment. + Maintain accurate shipping and receiving records. + Organize and store materials in designated warehouse locations. + Assist with inventory counts and inventory control activities. + Ensure a clean, safe, and organized work environment. + Follow all company safety procedures and quality standards. + Work closely with production and warehouse teams to meet customer deadlines.
  • Qualifications
  • + Previous shipping, receiving, warehouse, or forklift experience preferred. + Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly. + Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. + Reliable attendance and punctuality. + Ability to work independently and as part of a team. + Basic computer and inventory system experience is a plus.

Starting Pay:
  • $18.00 per hour
