We're looking for a dependable, detail-oriented Shipper/Receiver to support our busy Parts Department. This is a hands-on, high-impact role—perfect for someone who enjoys staying active, organized, and part of a team that keeps operations running smoothly.
  • What You'll Do Receive incoming parts and inventory shipments; inspect, verify, and log deliveries Process and ship outbound orders to customers and wholesale accounts accurately and on time Stock shelves, maintain bin locations, and keep the warehouse clean and organized Perform cycle counts and assist with inventory control Coordinate with vendors and carriers on deliveries, pickups, and discrepancies Enter receipts and shipping activity into the dealership management system (DMS) Track special orders and report issues to the Parts Manager Assist with returns, warranty parts handling, and general warehouse support•
What We're Looking For Required:
Experience in shipping, receiving, warehouse, or inventory roles Strong attention to detail and accuracy Basic computer skills (data entry, inventory tracking) Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Ability to pass background check and drug screening
Preferred:
Automotive or dealership experience Familiarity with DealerTrack/ XTime Forklift experience or certification
  • Schedule & Pay Full-time, Monday-Friday $18.00
  • $20.00 per hour (based on experience) Overtime opportunities may be available
