Advantage Technical is hiring a Shipping and Receiving Associate in Salem, NH to support a defense manufacturing facility that produces secure IT equipment for military and intelligence organizations worldwide. Your work keeps critical supply chains moving - and in this industry, that matters. Job Duties (AKA What You'll Do!): Receive, count, sort, and store incoming materials Select storage locations based on weight, turnover, and space optimization Pick and pull orders from inventory to support manufacturing and customer fulfillment Conduct periodic, special, and annual physical inventories Transport materials between departments Operate electric forklifts and high-lift equipment Provide backup support for receiving functions Maintain accurate inventory and stock records Requirements (AKA What You Need to Succeed!): Forklift experience required (electric forklift/high lift preferred) Strong attention to detail and inventory accuracy Ability to work independently and manage stock organization Warehouse or shipping/receiving background preferred
