Fulfillment Associate I 1st Shift M-F 8:30AM-5PM $20 - $21/hr. depending on experience

POSITION SUMMARY

The Fulfiller Associate I is responsible for the timely packaging and shipping of goods in our fulfillment center.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS, DUTIES, AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Packages basic orders and prepares them for shipping for all subsidiaries Verifies part specifications Verifies and updates computer inventory system when materials are ready for shipment Notifies supervisor of major discrepancies, over-shipments, or substitutions Maintain lines shipped per day metrics as set by Management Performs other related duties as assigned

NECESSARY SKILLS, BACKGROUND & COMPENTENCIES

Good organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to convert between units of measurements Strong reading and communication skills Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and/or inventory software to maintain records, input data, and create reports

REQUIRED EDUCATION/CERTIFICATION

High school diploma or equivalent required Warehouse experience a plus

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

Must be able to complete various activities in a warehouse environment that may require hours of lifting, standing, and carrying Must be able to lift up to 30 pound Use carts, dollies, and other gear to move items around
