Job Summary Join our dynamic warehouse team as a Receiving & Packing Associate, where your energy and attention to detail will drive smooth operations and exceptional order fulfillment. In this vital role, you will be responsible for efficiently receiving incoming shipments, accurately packing orders, and ensuring inventory is properly stocked and organized. Duties Receive inbound shipments using RF scanners and pallet jacks, verifying quantities against shipping manifests. Operate forklifts and reach trucks safely to load and unload pallets, ensuring proper handling of goods. Use warehouse management system (WMS) software to track inventory movements, update stock levels, and manage order processing. Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders with precision, utilizing order pickers and packing materials to ensure product integrity. Stock shelves accurately, organize products systematically, and maintain a clean, safe workspace in compliance with safety standards. Assist with shipping & receiving tasks by labeling packages correctly and coordinating with carriers for timely dispatch. Support warehouse distribution activities by loading trucks efficiently and unloading incoming freight with care. Follow basic math principles for counting items, calculating weights, and verifying shipment details. Maintain accurate records of all inbound and outbound shipments, ensuring compliance with company policies. Experience Prior warehouse experience is preferred but not required; on-the-job training will be provided for the right candidate. Familiarity with warehouse distribution processes including order fulfillment, stocking, and shipping & receiving is advantageous. Experience operating forklifts, reach trucks, pallet jacks, or order pickers is highly desirable; certification is a plus. Knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS), RF scanners, AS400 or similar ERP systems enhances efficiency in daily tasks. Basic math skills are essential for counting inventory accurately and processing shipments effectively. Demonstrated ability to work safely with equipment such as forklifts and reach trucks while adhering to safety protocols. Pay:

$24.32 - $29.29 per hour
