Receiving Clerk Job Summary:

The Clerk plays a vital role in coordinating daily inbound shipments, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in logistics operations. This position involves verifying appointments, processing information, and maintaining detailed records while adhering to company policies and procedures. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment.

Primary Responsibilities:

Checking in of trucks. Verify Appointments. Complete daily reports. Process information. Keep the area clean. Adhere to all company policies and procedures. Assist with clerical duties in other departments as needed.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent. Computer skills required. Ability to read and comprehend procedures written in English. Ability to complete paperwork accurately in English. Ability to multitask and constantly be on the move throughout the workday. Must be proficient in Outlook, Excel, and Word. Bilingual is a plus. Fulltime availability. 1st Shift.
