Job Description
Hudson Table is a cooking class, catering, and private events company with locations in Hoboken, Philadelphia, Stamford, Brooklyn, and Princeton. Behind every class and event is our Fulfillment Center in Clifton, NJ, where ingredients, equipment, and supplies are prepared and distributed to support our culinary operations. We're looking for a detail-oriented Culinary Fulfillment Associate to join our team. This is a part-time role (20-25 hours per week) for someone who takes pride in organization, accuracy, and ensuring kitchens have everything they need to execute successful classes and events. What You'll Be Doing Accurately selecting ingredients and supplies using order lists and handheld devices Packing orders and bins for delivery to our culinary locations Performing quality control checks on products before shipment Maintaining organized inventory and identifying stock discrepancies Assisting with receiving deliveries and stocking inventory Supporting food safety and sanitation standards throughout the warehouse Assisting with loading vehicles when needed Helping maintain a clean, safe, and efficient work environment What We're Looking For Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy Restaurant, catering, food production, commissary kitchen, or food preparation experience preferred Food handling knowledge Ability to regularly lift and move products up to 50 lbs Basic math skills, including food measurement conversions Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment without sacrificing quality High school diploma or equivalent
