In this role, you will be responsible for managing the flow of goods into and out of our warehouse, ensuring accurate order fulfillment, and maintaining inventory levels. The ideal candidate will have experience in warehouse operations and a strong understanding of shipping and receiving processes. Duties Process incoming shipments by verifying contents against purchase orders and packing slips. Prepare outgoing shipments, ensuring all items are properly packaged and labeled. Utilize warehouse management systems to track inventory levels and manage stock locations. Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and reach trucks for loading and unloading goods. Perform order picking and packing duties to fulfill customer orders accurately. Maintain cleanliness and organization within the warehouse environment. Conduct regular inventory counts to ensure accurate stock levels. Collaborate with team members to optimize shipping and receiving processes. Use RF scanners for tracking inventory movements within the warehouse. Requirements Previous experience in a warehouse environment is preferred. Familiarity with shipping & receiving procedures, order fulfillment, and packaging techniques. Proficiency in using warehouse management systems (WMS) and MRP software such as AS400 is a plus. Basic math skills for accurate inventory management and order processing. Ability to operate forklifts, reach trucks, and other material handling equipment safely. Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills. Ability to lift heavy items (up to 50 pounds) and stand for extended periods. Knowledge of e-commerce operations is advantageous but not required.
