GENERAL STATEMENT OF DUTIES

: We are seeking a Shipping & Receiving Associate to become part of our team! You will pack & ship parts according to specifications & approved packaging. Distribution of parts to production departments. Receive incoming items and allocate them to the correct locations. Package & Ship Parts Distribution of Parts Receive in Parts Overall organization of parts and packaging materials Alert purchasing for supply replenishment Data processing activities utilizing the company's business system (FBS). Scheduling shipments and preparing shipping documents/labels per

requirements. Follow package instructions specific to customer drawings. As necessary assist in packaging process as well as physical counting of parts, distribution and reconciliation. Maintains strict confidentiality of all information processed. Follows procedures as defined by CAD policies, procedures, and ISO9001: 2000 requirements. PHYSICAL DEMANDS

: Must possess sight/hearing senses, or use prosthetics that will enable these senses to function adequately so that the requirements of this position can be fully met. Physical activity includes walking, standing, bending, squatting, reaching above shoulders and lifting up to 80lbs. Must be able to drive an automobile for short and long distances. The candidate for this position will have to spend long hours using a computer, which can cause eye strain. This position will have to manage a number of requests and situations at one time. Stress may be caused by the need to complete tasks within tight deadlines.

WORK ENVIRONMENT

: Performs office activities in a lighted and ventilated area. May be subject to changes in temperature and exposure to dust. Will be exposed to uncontrolled environmental conditions during driving. Will work in a normally acceptable office environment, with no abnormal hazards or risks. QUALIFICATIONS, EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS

: High School Diploma or G.E.D., required Previous experience in shipping, logistics, or other related fields Computer skills including the ability to utilize spreadsheet and word-processing programs Effective verbal and listening communication skills while working with suppliers/vendors and internal departments Ability to handle physical workload-able to lift 85 pounds and occasionally stand for long periods of time Ability to multitask and prioritize Ability to thrive in fast-paced environment Strong organizational skills Ability to learn forklift training and become Hazmat certified

Monday- Thursday 7:00-5:30

Friday:

Mandatory overtime 7:00-3:00

Location :

90% Fairfield / 10% Byram $18-21 per hour (depending on experience) Vision, Medical, Dental, Paid Time Off, Retirement Full-Time Monday-Thursday 7-5 Fridays 7-3
