Immediately hiring a Receiving Clerk in Millville, NJ We're seeking a Receiving Clerk for a premier distribution company in the Millville NJ area.

Shift 5 Days a week 8:30AM - 5:00PM@ Monday-Friday OT as needed Pay $18.00 Job Description Join our dynamic team as a Receiving Clerk and play a pivotal role in our global supply chain network. This position is essential to ensure efficient processing of receiving documentation and maintaining seamless operations within our distribution facility. Previous shipping or receiving experience within Transportation/logistics preferred Responsibilities Process all receiving documentation accurately and timely. Schedule domestic carriers for deliveries into the Millville facility. Populate the inbound schedule in the receiving inbound folder. Prepare and organize all documents for floor supervisors. Support the performance of the OSHA Safety System and ISO Environmental System. Ensure all reports are kept current and accurate. Maintain all necessary files with diligence. Assist in various aspects of the Distribution Admin team as required. Check in delivery drivers and communicate effectively with floor supervisors. Populate container charts as needed. Scan and file all receiving documents systematically. Skills 1+ years of clerical experience in distribution or transportation. 1+ years of warehouse experience. Strong computer skills. Basic knowledge of distribution and transportation. Strong communication skills. Additional Skills & Qualifications Responsible, team player, highly organized, dependable, motivated, reactive. Understanding and proper usage of all tools and programs. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Millville, NJ. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
