Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Adherence to all safety policies and perform duties with Safety at the forefront. 2. Ongoing two-way communication with management to ensure work is performed in an efficient, high quality, and safe manner. 3. Safe Forklift driving (certification preferred) following Company supplied OSHA Certification Training. 4. Receive incoming inventory (Parts & Purchased Cores) - matching quantity to PO and Packer and enter into Business Central System (BC). Dock to stock 24 hours. 5. Receive incoming R&R Units, Warranty Units & Customer Cores into WIP Tracker - Training on the "APP" and separating "Hot Cores" for production within 24 hours. 6. Assist and support Production coordinator for bringing products to shop floor timely 7. Understanding of Company's Standard Operating Procedures of stocking system of our product, new, reman, core, and parts.
Labels / Part
Numbers / Serial #'s, facing out for ease of user identification 8. Accurately place products in its designated location on shelves for cores and parts.
Secondary Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Cross training in all warehouse positions as management will request support in various warehouse areas, based on demand, manpower available, etc.. 2. Pull by SKU and serial number, pack, label & ship inventory - Ongoing training supplied as to our Finished goods. 3. Finalize assembly orders and sales orders in our business system (BC) -Ongoing training for accuracy and understanding 1. Review assembly order detail for accuracy prior to posting 2. Check physical unit to match against assembly order / sales order (picture) 3. Match UPS Label name and address with sales order name and address 4. Check the shelves and rotate stock on the N Series Units and Reman Units to ensure all the empty spots are refilled with the most popular product, according to the SKU sales popularity list provided. (Bringing down from overstock as required) 5. Accurately place product in its designated location on shelves from the units packed and posted into inventory for stock. 6. Participate in monthly inventory cycle counts and year end physical inventories. 7. Any other assignments as requested by management Requirements and Qualifications:
  • Must be able to lift at least 60 lbs.
  • Dependable and punctual.
  • Ability to stand for prolonged periods of time required.
  • 1-3 years of forklift experience (preferred)
  • Willingness to learn and follow company safety and standard work procedures
  • Strong Warehouse computer skills.
  • Detail Oriented
  • Accuracy in computer data input
  • Proficient in BC (Business Central) or similar shipping program.
  • Honesty and Integrity.
