For more than six decades, we've delivered premium fresh flowers and floral supplies to retail florists, event designers, and supermarkets across the country. About the Role The Receiving Associate is responsible for the accurate and efficient intake of fresh floral products within our warehouse operations. This role plays a critical part in maintaining inventory accuracy, product quality, and operational flow in a fast-paced, temperature-controlled environment. What You'll Do Receive, inspect, and process incoming fresh flower shipments to ensure accuracy and quality Accurately count, label, and enter products into inventory systems Organize and store products in designated warehouse locations to support efficient operations Investigate and resolve receiving discrepancies in collaboration with team members Support picking and sorting activities to ensure proper product selection and scanning Maintain a clean, organized, and safe receiving dock and cooler environment Follow all safety procedures and company standards Work Environment & Physical Requirements This role requires working in a refrigerated warehouse environment (approximately 35-36°F) for extended periods. The position is physically active and involves standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and lifting throughout the shift. Candidates must be able to lift up to 50 pounds with or without reasonable accommodation. Compensation & Benefits (What's in it for you) The expected salary range for this position is listed above. Other Information Onsite Schedule:
