Shipping/Receiving Administrator

Shift:

6am-3pm We are looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Shipping & Receiving Associate to join our growing team. This role is essential to keeping our warehouse and production operations running smoothly by ensuring materials are accurately received, tracked, organized, and shipped on time. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys staying organized, and works well both independently and as part of a team. What You'll Do Receive, inspect, and accurately record incoming materials and shipments Unload trucks and verify deliveries against packing slips and shipping documents Use RF scanners to track inventory and update ERP systems Organize and store materials in designated warehouse locations Prepare shipping documentation and maintain accurate shipping/receiving records Consolidate shipping orders to support efficient deliveries Assist with inventory tracking and warehouse organization Investigate and resolve shipping discrepancies, inventory issues, and customer concerns Communicate with carriers, vendors, and internal teams to ensure timely shipment processing Work within customer and client portal systems as needed Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment What We're Looking For Previous shipping, receiving, warehouse, or manufacturing experience preferred Experience using RF scanners and inventory tracking systems Familiarity with Plex or similar ERP systems is a plus Bilingual in English and Spanish required Strong attention to detail and accuracy Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment Strong communication and problem-solving skills Reliable, team-oriented, and self-motivated Why Join Us?
