Part-time Monday to Friday Interested in a career in the exciting beauty industry? At Modern Basic Cosmetics, we are a team of highly motivated individuals with a passion for cosmetics. We place a strong emphasis on strong customer service, initiative and teamwork. Our priority is to make the client happy. We are looking for a fulfillment associate who can bring some positive energy to the team. The candidate will be a part of the fulfillment team. Primary tasks include pick/pack/ship and product printing.

Qualifications :

Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to work on your feet for the the majority of the day Familiarity with cosmetics is an asset Ability to communicate effectively with co-workers and work in a team environment as well as performing duties alone Positive, energetic, polite, and respectful attitude Willingness to assist others Hard working, self-motivated, and an attention to detail Strong computer skills and familiar with Microsoft Office (or equivalent) Experience with Adobe software is an asset Experience in customer service is an asset Fluency in Spanish is an asset High school diploma, general education degree or equivalent.

Duties :

Enter orders into order management system Pick, pack and ship orders Prepare orders for printing Operating digital printing machine Working with clients over the phone, email, chat and in person Coordinate with other team member to ensure accuracy and completeness Organize and file paperwork Keep warehouse and office clean and tidy Other duties as required No phone calls please
