This position plays a vital role in processing incoming and outgoing shipments and ensuring compliance within a federally regulated firearms environment. The ideal candidate is organized, professional, punctual and capable of working efficiently in a fast-paced retail setting while maintaining strict attention to detail.

Schedule:

Part-Time Position 3 Days Per Week to Start (Schedule Subject to Change)

Hours:

9:00AM - 5:30PM Responsibilities Prepare outgoing packages and transfers accurately and efficiently Verify shipment contents against official paperwork Assist with inventory organization and stock management Maintain accurate records for firearms, accessories and merchandise Ensure compliance with all company procedures and applicable federal and state regulations Coordinate with sales staff and management regarding inventory and special orders Maintain a clean, organized and secure shipping/receiving area Assist with general operational duties as needed Qualifications Strong organizational and multitasking skills Excellent attention to detail and accuracy Ability to work independently and as part of a team Professional communication and customer service skills Basic computer and inventory management knowledge preferred Ability to lift and move packages and merchandise safely Previous shipping, receiving, warehouse or retail experience preferred Firearms industry knowledge is a plus but not required Requirements Must be 21 years or older Must be legally eligible to work in the United States Must not be prohibited from possessing firearms or ammunition under State or Federal law Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening (including cannabis) What We're Looking For We are looking for someone who is reliable, trustworthy, motivated, and eager to contribute to a professional team environment.
