Full Job Description Job Summary:
We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Floral Fulfillment Associate to join our warehouse team. This role is responsible for pulling floral orders, preparing products for delivery, and ensuring orders are accurately staged and ready for our drivers and sales team. The Fulfillment Associate will contribute to the overall success and efficiency of our operations by ensuring accurate inventory control, conducting quality checks, and maintaining a clean and safe working environment.
Responsibilities:
Pull flowers, plants, and floral supplies according to customer orders. Verify quantities and product quality before staging orders. Organize completed orders for delivery routes and customer pick-up. Mark orders as completed and ready for dispatch. Work closely with sales staff, drivers, and warehouse team members. Help maintain organized coolers, warehouse areas, and staging spaces. Assist with inventory organization and product restocking. Support warehouse operations during busy holiday and event seasons. Receive, inspect, clean and properly store incoming materials and products following established procedures and safety guidelines Utilize inventory systems and software to track and maintain inventory levels Conduct periodic inventory counts and reconciliations, accurately report discrepancies, and assist in investigating and resolving inventory discrepancies Maintain a clean and organized warehouse, including sweeping, organizing shelves, and disposing of waste properly Perform quality checks on incoming and outgoing products, reporting any defects or issues to management Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment for all employees Collaborate with team members and contribute to a positive and efficient work environment
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent Previous warehouse, fulfillment, shipping/receiving, or floral experience preferred. Physical strength and stamina to perform repetitive tasks and lift heavy items (up to 50 pounds) Basic computer skills and familiarity with warehouse management systems or software Excellent organizational and time management skills. Effective communication skills, both written and verbal Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment Flexibility to work variable schedules and overtime as needed, including weekends and holidays (if applicable) We offer competitive compensation, including benefits such as health insurance, retirement plans, 401K and paid time off.
