Position Summary:
| Receiving and Verifying Deliveries | 60% | Receive and verify all deliveries, ensuring quality and accuracy against packing slips and invoices. Promptly deliver items to the appropriate department or individual. Use Notifii software to log and track all incoming guest packages, ensuring timely notification and receipt by the appropriate party. Verify proper receipt of food and beverage (F&B) deliveries, including recording temperatures for refrigerated and frozen items. | Storage and Inventory Management | 30% | Store all food items in compliance with health and safety standards. Report defective, damaged, or missing items to the department manager. Assist with quarterly F&B inventory audits and maintain accurate records. | Administrative and Special Projects | 10% | Perform or assist with physical inventories of storage areas. Place orders with vendors as needed. Undertake additional duties or special projects assigned by the Business Manager.
