Job Description
Shipping Clerk Full-Time, Regular • Shipping Department We're looking for a detail-oriented Shipping Clerk to join our team. In this role, you're the last set of hands on our valve products before they head out the door — packing orders so they arrive in great shape, running a final quality check, and making sure every shipment goes out on schedule. What you'll do: Handle final assembly and packing of valves and components, making sure everything is protected for shipment Run a last quality check before orders ship, and flag anything that needs attention Enter shipping details accurately into our systems and arrange freight pickups Work closely with the Shipping Supervisor to keep orders moving on their planned dates Maintain inventory of 2" threaded flanges and keep the baler running on time Cover the receiving department when needed, and handle a weekly inventory/shortage report Follow all safety procedures and wear the required PPE What we're looking for: Experience in a manufacturing, shipping, or labor setting (shipping experience is a plus, not a must) Comfortable learning our shipping systems and everyday computer tasks Accurate, organized, and able to stay calm under pressure A reliable team player with good judgment and solid communication skills Able to lift up to 70 lbs, push carts weighing up to 1,000 lbs, and work on your feet for extended periods Sound like a good fit?
