Lead/Supervisor

Job Title:

Lead/Supervisor Job Description The role involves receiving and shipping servers for a data center. You will be responsible for inventory management using Excel, as well as picking and packing orders of servers. Responsibilities Load and unload inbound and outbound freight to and from vehicles and containers. Place server racks on the data center floor utilizing laser measuring devices with 100% accuracy. Populate electronic components and install cabling into server racks by following provided diagrams and schematics. Install rack hardware using various hand, power, and measuring tools. Perform quality checks on inbound and outbound freight, ensuring accurate part numbers, quantities, and pristine material condition. Execute daily inventory cycle counts and replenishment orders for critical spare parts on site at the data center. Process return shipments of various electronic components utilizing multiple warehouse management systems. Operate various types of material handling equipment such as straddle stackers, rack movers, and electric pallet jacks. Perform cleanup activities in the work area to ensure safety, cleanliness, and adherence to 5S standards. Push, pull, and lift frequently throughout the workday. Safety and attention to detail are critical. The lead role involves delegating and effective communication to execute these tasks. Essential Skills Experience in inventory management. Proficiency in using Excel. Knowledge of operating forklifts and pallet jacks. Understanding of OSHA 10 standards. Ability to work Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, and every other Saturday from 6 PM to 5:30 AM with flexibility for overtime. Additional Skills & Qualifications Computer skills in Excel and Word. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Sparks, NV. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $32.00 - $36.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
