This position requires hands-on experience shipping hazardous chemicals through UPS and LTL freight carriers. Responsibilities Prepare and process daily UPS shipments (approximately 10-50 boxes per day) Coordinate and prepare LTL freight shipments (approximately 1-5 pallets per day) Ensure all hazardous chemical shipments are packaged, labeled, and documented in compliance with DOT and carrier regulations Generate shipping labels, bills of lading, and related shipping documentation Maintain organized shipping and inventory records Load/unload shipments as needed Communicate with carriers, warehouse staff, and internal departments regarding shipments and delivery schedules Assist with general warehouse duties as needed Requirements Previous shipping/receiving experience required Must have experience shipping hazardous chemicals via UPS and LTL freight Familiarity with shipping software and shipping documentation Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly Strong attention to detail and accuracy Reliable attendance and strong work ethic Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
