Job Description

Overview Part Time with Possibility of Full Time We are a premier buyer and seller of coins, precious metal bullion, fine jewelry and watches. We are seeking an organized, reliable, and versatile team member to handle Shipping and Receiving as well as daily back-office administrative tasks. Background in bullion and coins a plus. If you thrive in a dynamic fast paced environment where you can balance hands-on inventory work with professional administrative support, we want to hear from you.
Duties Shipping & Receiving:
Safely pack, label, and document outbound shipments; verify and inspect incoming inventory against delivery receipts.
Inventory Control:
Organize secure storage spaces, update stock records, and perform daily inventory counts.
Drop Off:
Bring packages to nearby Fedex and UPS facilities for shipping.
Back Office Administration:
Perform accurate data entry, track shipments, file receipts/packing lists, and assist with basic digital document management. Skills Prior experience in shipping/receiving, working in a fast paced environment and general office administration preferred. Basic computer proficiency (comfort with email, spreadsheets, and shipping apps. Excellent attention to detail and ability to accurately match items to be shipped to packed items. Physical capability to lift up to 50 lbs. and remain active throughout the day. Punctual, reliable, and capable of working independently. Must pass a standard background check given the nature of the position.
Pay:
From $20.00 per hour
