Job Description
We are currently recruiting for a Spare Parts & Shipping Manager to join a team in Hauppauge, NY. This position is responsible for overseeing daily parts order processing, shipping coordination, and customer communication while ensuring accurate and timely deliveries. The Spare Parts & Shipping Manager will report directly to management and serve as the primary point of contact for customer parts inquiries. This role manages the spare parts process from order entry through shipment and works closely with the Shipping Assistant responsible for receiving, truck deliveries, and parts picking.

High SchoolResponsibilities Handled inbound parts requests through phone and email communication, providing pricing, availability, and delivery timelines. Managed order entry and fulfillment processes to ensure accurate and on-time shipments. Coordinated same-day shipping for in-stock orders received before daily cutoff times. Provided shipment confirmations and tracking updates to customers following dispatch. Served as a key point of contact between customers, vendors, and internal teams including purchasing, production, and accounting. Worked with freight carriers and logistics providers to arrange and monitor outbound shipments. Assisted with packaging, labeling, and preparation of documentation for both domestic and international deliveries. Collaborated with warehouse and shipping personnel to support receiving, inventory movement, and order picking operations. Monitored inventory levels and communicated replenishment needs to maintain stock accuracy. Contributed to process improvements focused on shipping efficiency, inventory control, and operational accuracy.
